shroud tension

Anyone know what the proper tension is regarding the shrouds and stays on a CAT 22?Do I need a gage or can a feel of tension with my fingers suffice? i.e. a certain degree of variance on each side of the wire.

Loos Gauge

Starting point uppers 28 lowers 24, on the model A. No to your second question, to get it right and consistence your going to need a Loos Gauge, buy or borrow one.
