Shroud Tension

Well I have reached this point in getting the new/used 1998 Mark II into the water next week. I have a Loos PT-1 tension gauge and I think the proper shroud tension settings are 21 for uppers and 18 or 19 for lowers. I would appreciate some confirmation on these figures. Thanks Rik
