Shroud Tension

1993 Hunter 30t double spreader. What is the recommended tension for 1/4 inch and for 3/16 shrouds. I have a Loos gauge.
Everything is in the owners manual but the recommended tension. Your help is appreciated.

There's a general chart here, a little down the page:

but use it as a loose guide to get you in the ballpark, since once you get under way you may notice a need to adjust your lee shrouds if they're too slack.
