My shower sump drain shoots straight out of the hull onto the dock or anything within 4-5'. Any reason why I cant put some type of 45-90 degree elbow to direct the sump flow downward? I was thinking about something simple like PVC. Thanks, Bob

that what ever you put there needs to be able to come off with out damaging your thru hull. This is in case you should kiss something there. It happens. See if you could modify a 45 degree PVC fitting such that it will push over your thru hull fitting.

Or mount a large stainless clamshell vent

over the opening. It wouldn't be as butt ugly as PVC sticking out of your topsides and would redirect the flow downward. Probably low profile enough to not catch on stuff in those 'oh crap' docking moments.

If the 376 is anything like my 320, the shower flows to the main bildge and its the main bildge pump that spits it out the side. As such, I wouldn't want to restict it in any way. Mine's about midship, the perfect place for the fender to hang, flow hits fender, deflects down into water, problem solved! Gary
