I would like to install a shower in the head, Hot & cold pressurized. Is there information available or help?

It is from 1980 a Catalina 30.
Cold non pressurized water manual foot pumps one tank midships starboard side.
I am going to install a second tank under the v-berth and plumb it into the line from the first tank ,am installing two valves to be able to segerate the tanks.
Would like to pressurize the system and install hot water.
If you can look in WEST MARINE's 2010 catalogue page 479 there is agood sechmatic of the water system. Naturaly different from what I would have to do , but it works.
My problem is how do I obtain hot water? Do I get a dual heater that can heat usinf the engine heat exchanger and shore power? Or do i rely solely on the heat exchanger. We sail and do not often dock preferring a buoy or anchor. In Clinton we do have access to shore power.

You don't already have a tank under the v-berth? My '79 had one in the v-berth and one under the SB settee.

In my 30, I had a Raritan the worked under both and stored nicely in the forward portion of the port cockpit locker and there was easy access to plumb it to the engine from there. I posted a pic of where it was.
Pressurizing the system is fairly simple. Pressure pumps are inexpensive and easy to install. Mine was in the engine compartment, where it was easily to get to, which I appreciated when I burnt the original one out and had to replace it. There really wasn't a more accessible spot for it. It was on the port side of the compartment. It took some extra wire and hose but it was much easier to fish wire and hose than it would have been to repair or replace an inaccessible pump. There's a pic of where it was. Excuse the messy pic...that when I was looking at her for purchase and before it was cleaned up!
