Shower in head

We can't figure out how to turn the shower on in the head of our 2001 320 everything seems to work. Is there some trick. We think we have turned, pulled, and pushed everything. Any help?

Pull Up

My 2001 290 show had a pull up knob in the middle.Turn the water on ho cold mix than pull up the knobthat is in the middle,maybe the hose that you need topull up.Its been a while but I am thinking it might have beenthe shower hose that you need to pull until it locks inand than the shower works.Nick

It is on the

Faucet or the shower head. It might look like the sink drain knob but there is no sink drain stopper so it is more like a bath tube faucet.
