hello I have a ? I now have a macgreagor 25 swing with a cast iron keel, I,am looking at Macgreagor 26x models how do they handel compaired to a cast keel, is there problems with a water ballest
I have both. both are easy to sail. The 26 has more interior room and draws less water than the 25. I have enjoyed both. I sail mainly on lakes but have had both on the Arknasas River and both in the Gulf around Mobile. Great sailing I like the fact I can take them where I want to. The 25 is for sale.
