The Hunter 37 Cutter specs say the shoal draft is 4'. Is it really 4'. We own Endless Summer, a Hunter 31 and the "brochure draft" is 4'. We have measured it (lightly loaded) at 4' 9". What is the real draft of the Hunter 37 Cutter? Anybody know? Thanks. Roger Mummah

It's probably not far from 4' empty. With ours loaded to go cruising, really full, I'd say it's closer to 4'6" or a bit more. We do load her pretty heavy, too. I'd be curious to hear what your concerns are. Are you regularly going to put her in a place that the 6" or so make a big difference? Gene Gruender Rainbow Chaser

Mine is four feet.
Our marina has a crane that includes a scale. She is 17800# with no water in the tanks and about 30 gallons of fuel. She also has four very heavy batteries. At that weight she draws four feet.
