You can try Rig Rite

I've never used them and have heard mixed reviews about them.

Use rigrite before and had no complaints. You do have to ask for the right part though.

Or try Garhauer, they'll do almost anything, and do it right.

I coulodn't find the exact sizes advertised on RigRite, and went with ZephyrWorks: Really good looking Delrin. Take careful measurements, and they will make custom whatever you need.
