Sheaves. 1993 Hunter 40.5

Hi all The time has come to change the sheaves at the masthead on my 93 40.5. I tried looking at the bottom of the mast for its serial number but no luck. I also looked in the owners manual for any reference but couldn't find any. I'd love to know which those are before I go up the mast . Hello From Montreal,

Most hunter legend series are equipped with Isomat mast. Mine, a 35.5 1991 Legend has a Isomat Spar profile is NG-46 identified on the base plate supporting the mast on deck. If you have your mast measurement you can find the profile numbers and find all the necessary hardware on Rig-Rite web site

My 1997 h40.5 has a Z-Spar mast and I have the drawings for it. If this is your mast tell me and I will look up the sheave info for you.

Our 1991 P42 also came with an Isomat spar, but it is my understanding that they were bought out by Charleston Spar. Hunter Marine Customer Service should be of some help here, one would hope.
