It appears that my boat (44' 2004) is settling or something else is going on. The floor boards are coming up in certain areas, and the aft berth under the bed is settling on one side making the comfort level of sleeping horrible. Has anyone experienced this that might have some answers?

don't rely on hearsay from these boards on a 2004 boat, although it can be helpful. Take pictures and email it to them. My experience has been that they are very helpful.

Second the advice to call Hunter
I had hull #1 of the 426 DS and had no issues with setteling. Sounds like a problem that you should discuss with Hunter, and I am SURE they will get it looked at, figure what is wrong and then fix it for you. I loved my boat, good luck with yours.
