Greetings all, I have had my 1979 Oday 25 for 6 months now, and have loved every minute of sailing on her. The gentleman that I bought her from gave us the brief once over on how to set up the mast, tighten the rigging etc. He did not really show us all that well how to rig the reefing on the main. My boat is rigged with the standard oday main with 1 reefing point and ties to secure it to the boom. There are blocks on the boom that I am guessing are for reefing, we have been using them to secure the sail to the end of the boom and then cleating them off. I know a picture would be helpful, but I don't have one. Can any of you point me in the right direction as how to properly rig the main for reefing? Please and thanks in advance.
