Setting up a pearson 27 for solo

Have a Pearson 27 with a wheel helm. The main sheet is out of reach on top of the cabin. Has anyone altered their rig bringing the main sheets to the back of the cockpit? I would love to see a set up like this...

Do you have a traveler?

Do you have an autopilot?

I have found that getting out from behind the wheel is the best solution.

If you have a traveler, dump the main from the traveler rather than the mainsheet, which takes a lot more work to reset. Or, just head up - depends on where you sail but it works for me here.
