on the ODay 20, shouldn't there be a serial number or hull number listed somewhere? My Mariner had a plate on the inside of the transom. I've looked all around on this without any luck.

I've taken to taking a picture of whatever I want to see in detail and putting on my laptop screen where I can zoom in on it. It' s all about the light.
I scoured the transom today before putting the cover on. Didn't find the serial number. The only place I can't see is under the motor mount, but that's really to low anyway. The only thing I can imagine is the boat may have had new gelcoat on the transom or something like that. Guess its really not a big deal. I have the serial number on the title and really only concerns me for ordering parts, which there are really few parts that would be that specific.
Rudy doesn't care what the serial number is
(Rudy owns D&R Marine, and is our go-to source for all parts and info on our O'days.)The info states it is required to be in two locations. I will keep looking in the spring. OH, that should be easier to find. Haven't noticed anything thus far but will check it out further. Thanks for the suggestion.
it should be on the top right of the transom, sometimes it can be faded and very hard to pickout
