I also want a copy of your cookbook. Seriously, we don't eat that good at home let alone on the boat. My wife loves fish and is amazed at the various ways you guys serve it up.

Wow! That is doubtless the most amazing sailing blog I have read. And really enhanced by this tablet. I can spread the pictures so they fill the screen and lose no resolution. The photography and descriptions are super. I wonder how you have time? I could not be more envious.

The cookbook exists in my soul from a mother who loved creative cooking and took me along. Most of the time I simply wing it; I look at the ingredients available and try to do nothing to lessen them.I also want a copy of your cookbook. Ed, I edit all the photos to 650 pixels width, down from the original 4000. That way they fit well on most pages, they load quickly and they still maintain some sharpness.
