Corky,The biggest thing to do is get your jib sent off to a sail loft to do the work.Have jib kanks removed, #6 luff tape added and of course a sunbrella cover sewn on and advise furling to port. I find the furling line to starboard interferes with the anchor lid.If you get the CDI, the biggest problem is unfolding the extrusion. Suggest three people and holding down to the floor when uncoiling it. You will measure the length of the forestay and cut the extrusion according to the directions. One thing to note on the length to cut. The top balck cap was tredesigned a couple of years ago and generally, I cut an additional two inches off so the top black cap will turn without it hitting the mast. It is the part that the internal halyard exits out that gets caought.Crazy Dave
