I'm wanting add a bowsprit and GX furler to our 30' boat. A top down system makes all kind of sense considering our crew has moved away. Kind of miss using the spinnaker when short handed. Does anyone have experience using these systems?

I have a Seldom top down for my asym and it works great. They do not work as flawlessly as a conventional furler for a headsail but you learn little tricks that help. We use our asym so much more now. We previously had a sock and a tracker and it was a PITA.
I use a CDI top down furler for my asymmetrical spinnaker. Works great.
