Hey guys. Wondering if you know what these winged fittings are and what they are used for on my outer, cap stays?

Used to secure lines on which you would fly flags and or banners, there should be little turning blocks on the bottom of the upper and or lower spreaders

Its where you tie off your courtesy flag pennant from your lower spreader.

Absolutely true - you'll need to fiddle with positioning it if that happens.
