Seimens Solar Sizes

I am going to install a solar panel on my 1982 C27. After doing research, I determined that I would like to put a Siemens 100W unit onboard. However, the 100W unit is a whopping 59 inches long! It'll look like the Hubble Space Telescope! Have any of you put such a solar panel on your Catalina 27? Where do you put it? Please post or refer me to pictures if you have them. I'll go down to a 75W or 50W if the 100W is too large, but I really want 100W.Phil DeckerS/V "Catmandu"

two 75 W

I've got two of the 36 cell 75W units on a custom built rack over and aft of the transom. 36 cells gives adequate voltage, 150 W gives adequate amperage. The rack also is overhead so also provides some sun/rain protection.
