Seidelmann 295 Experience
I say Great Boat ! I bought a used 1982 Seidelmann 295 in 1989 and enjoyed sailing it for eight years. It was serial # 10. Traded it in in 1997 for a new Hunter 340 and got more for it than I originally paid. Great boat ! It did require some repairs over the years but nothing out of the ordinary. I had a 155 genoa on mine so it was great for light air. It was roomy, had a cavernous comfortable vee berth. I would be happy to answer any questions you have about it. westabrooks@unctv.org We spent 5 weeks during Sept. and October one year sailing from NC up to the Chesapeake. We covered more than 800 miles mostly in the Chesapeake. Have been out in the Atlantic Ocean off NC many times with it and it was great. Some things about it I like better than my new Hunter.
