Need replacement for B&G 496 masthead wind Instrument with or without cable.

Why not replace it with a new one for $500? When my masthead wind instrument was damaged during a heavy wind storm I replaced it with a new one since it is a critical instrument and did not want to climb the mast a second time to replace a failed used one.
