Hmm, CF masts like tree trunks, no worries there as long as they're protected from UV. Just the normal items, fresh water intrusion, engine maintenance, pumps monitoring, thru-hull monitoring, bottom paint, etc. If the rigging hasn't been replaced since new, you might have it inspected closely. Just normal maintenance items for boats in the water.
