Seeking a mainsail

I'm swapping the previous owner's roller furling main for a conventional one on my 1980 HC37. Any thoughts on best sources for a new or used replacement mainsail?

I got 3 bags of old sails with my H37c. I expect that one is a used main. Will get sail bags out tomorrow and see what's in them.

Love my North main. Expensive but eight years later looks and sails like new. Any possibility that you can justify a local sail loft? Nothing like having a good loft do the measurements, bend it on, test it, and warranty it. My old loft also stored and cleaned the sail every winter.

I have a North on my boat also. It's gonna last me forever. Looked in the bags this morning. Have a main. Good crisp fabric along the luff. If you are interested, I'll get it out and take pix.

I'd probably go that route if I was sure I was going to keep the boat for a few years. Right now, I just want to get it sailing.

Here are some photos. Fabric is all crisp. 2 reefpoints plus cunningham cringle. 4 short Battens. Small rust type spot stains on luff, otherwise good looking.

No idea. I bought the boat from a widow in November. Sail came with it.

I suspect that the North sail on the boat is at least 4 years old. Boat Used to belong to Chet P. There is probably a thread or 2 discussing his search for a replacement for the old main.
