Securing Old Screws in Fiberglass

I have some several screws that keep working out. I think the holes have worn so there is not enough grip left to keep it from working out. I have thought of using alittle proxy in the hole and then running the screw back in before it sets, but i am concerned that i may not be able to get it out again if needed. Does anyone have a better idea?

Screws that have been epoxied in can be removed by touching the head with a soldering gun. The heat will soften the epoxy and the screw should easily come out. Rich

the best thing to do is drill the hole oversize for the screw and then fill with epoxy. Then drill for screw. It will seal the core mat'l from getting wet. I always bed my screws with caulk to prevent water migration.
