Now that we are in the mid-summer seaweed season on my upstate NY lake, I'm having a problem with seaweed clogging the water intake for the engine cooling system. The first thing I check on my C-32 is the filter which is full of seaweed that can be removed. Now I am finding it between the shutoff valve and the opening in the hull. Any suggestions about preventing the clogging or clearing it out?
