Seaward Slipper 17 pre-purchase ??

Looking at a first boat. It is a 1984 Slipper 17 with shallow fin keel. Boat seems to show well. Minimal wear apparent. Low usage. On trailer and won't be sea tested prior to purchase. Does anyone have experience with areas that I should be concerned about regarding the wear and aging of this make/model.
Any insight would be appreciated.
