Hi All, do you have any recommendations for a mail in rigger to replace my standing rigging? We have several sharp bends in the wire rope do to raising and lowering over the years and a new one this past weekend. Time to replace and put points in the box.

I've used Rigging Only in Fairhaven, MA on multiple occasions. Good prices, quality materials and workmanship. Bundle up the existing rigging and ask them to duplicate it.

I was totally surprised when I mentioned I wanted to shift to an adjustable backstay on my 19ft Mariner to the sail loft I was using - Quantum Sails. They said they could do any rigging work I needed. Quantum has lofts all over the country. Don't be afraid to ask at a sail loft. And of course, West Marine does rigging work.

West Marine has just come out of a Chapter 11 bankruptcy. One might want to be careful about long-term dealings at this time.
