Seat Cushions: Help me locate nicely made individual cushion

I've been looking for nicely made individual floatation cushions for my boat........just like in the old days......nice fabric, piping and the works!

Please point me in the right direction as I can't seem to locate anything off-the-shelf.

Right here: I am sure you can get plain old square ones made although not CG approved.
