You might try some of the on-line dating services. I've met some great people on www.matchmaker.com. It doesn't have a site specifically for your locale, but it has one for Tampa -- perhaps that's close enough. The profile questions ask about interests in sailing and there's also a question about "picking a Great Escape" -- one of the replies is "sailing to the Caribbean". You can search on these profile answers. There are many similar sites. I think there are some "single sailor" organizations around too -- there's one in Annapolis -- but I don't know about your area.
