good day ,even in winter time .we have a beneteau 373 with seafrost fridge system . i find that it doesnt get cold enough on the fridge side. anyone got the same problem, thanks.

Well I am not an expert but here goes. Does it cycle, i.e does the compressor ever turn off? If it does then your thermostat needs to be set lower. If it doesn't then you have to increase the capacity somehow.
I thought my Grunert (sp) system wasn't working but in fact if left for a while will freeze water so probably OK.
Two possible improvements.
Extra insulation, cool the hot side.
Insulation is obvious, making sure that the condenser section is as cool as possible less so. My systems manuel suggests ducting to the condenser if it is in an area with limited air volume.
Other idea is operational. Prechill everything you bring to the boat so you don't have to pump it down think of something cold as energy storage, like extra charge in your battery.

I also own a 373 (2007) and spoke to the folks from Sea Frost about this very topic at the Newport show last fall. They are very knowledgeable re this issue.
There is a valve that is essentially a proportioning valve which can be adjusted to increase cooling to the 'fridge. The adjustment involves removal of a cap and a very minor 1/4-1/2 turn of the valve. I am going to review in detail with them and try the adjustment next year when it gets warm enough. Give them a call
We have grown used to the compressor operating almost continuously with the unit using abt 4 amps/hr. We are overall very pleased with the performance.
We added 3- 85 watt solar panels this year and are able to leave the fridge on 24/7 during May 15-Sept 15

Just in case you've not done so make sure you clean the intake filter and coil. It's amazing how little dust it takes to diminish the air flow and subsequent performance of a small unit. The same thing goes for the AC/Heat unit. Clean air filters are a must for max cooling/heating.

My fear last summer was that the frdge comparteemnt was not well insulated. Thi is where I will start. Do not forget to replace the cover over the compressor when you clean it. If you succeed in your way please let us know, we will do the same.
