Sea Hood removal

Good Day
Has any one removed the sea hood on a 1993 Hunter 33.5? Something underneath has started to interfere with the hatch when opening it.
Looks to me there is only 4 screws and lots on silicone. Am I missing something? I don't want to damage anything by doing my usual strong arm approach.

I always hated the line cover hatched on my Hunter 386. I removed them annually to remove and clean the dirt and algae. Did not use any special sealants with the screws.
