I have a couple hinge screws that have lost their bite in the fiberglass. Whats the proper repair? Should I fill and redrill? If so what do I use to fill with? Or get a bigger screw?

If you can get to

the back use a thru bolt with a nut and washer. otherwise just pack it with epoxy putty and drill new holes.

I agree with Ross, through bolt it if you can. If not drill out a bigger hole, fill it with epoxy puddy then redrill for the screw. This gives you a uniform substance for the screw to bite into. Just filling the hole and redrilling can give unsat results as the little bits of epoxy puddy that remain after drilling may not hold to the old FG well.
