Screw head for cockpit locker bumper broke off

I tried using a screw extractor but it started to chip the fiberglass, so I stopped for more advice.

Thoughts on how to remove or alternative approaches?

Clean up the surface under the bumper and the bumper surface then glue it down with 4200, not 5200. Or use VHB sticky tape
