:"over insured" is a euphemism for overpaid. No underwriter will pay you more than it is worth regardless of what type insurance you have or how much face value is cited. Find a reputable insurance agent.

OK here I am again to seek knowledge
I plan on leaving Essex this week and was looking. For places to moor overnight in my trek
Any suggestions would b nice I will b in ipswick bay heading south r there any in the bay I plan on short trips 10-15 miles a day but this info is needed so I have a point to go any and all info would b great thanks Jon

Two things come to mind immediately:
I understand you're on a budget, but beg, borrow or steal Singlehanded Sailing by Richard Henderson. One of the better books about How To Do It. Keep it and read it a few times.
