SBO Sail loft

I posted what is below earlier, but it was around the 4th so maybe every one was out sailing. I received two replies, which I appreciate but neither had actually purchased sails from the SBO sail loft. So, I repost to hear from actual purchasers of sails from the SBO sail provider.

I may purchase a whole new set of sails for my 1983 H31. If I do this I wil be replacing the main and two genoas, a 155 and a 110. I have several excellent sail makers in my area.What I need is pretty darn vanilla. However, we pay a state sales (not sail!) tax. If purchased from a place without a physical presence in Texas the tax is not collected. I am not looking for financial or tax advice, or to start a debate regarding possible sail choices.This combination of sails has worked well for us. I may add a drifter ar some point, but frankly there are not a ton of light air sailing days down here on the Texas coast once you get to about 2:00pm.

My question for you sailors out there is this. Has anyone purchased sails from the SBO site? If so, what was your experience? I have purchased many other items from SBO and been pleased, but that's a lot of boat bucks so would like to hear from some who have purchased sails from the site.

why not call them and ask them you will never ever deal with a more stand up bunch than phil and the gang ...and if for any reason one of them stumps there toe Bly will straighten them out ...if price is your guideline then you will find better pricing somewhere but if product and service enter into the requirements give them a call if you have a request that they can't fill they will tell you so and more than likely send you somewhere else

lol, vacations may still be in full swing. I ran a quick report and saw that we have sold more than 2,000 sails. That makes me feel old.
