Why do you need both a fiberglass and a shrinkwrap service Tom? I assume you want to shrinkwrap for the winter. At Harbor North some folks use the services of the marina for shrinkwrapping. Others contract with companies that do nothing but travel around in a van with all the materials. Either way I am sure Harbor North would point you in the right direction: 1-800-451-SAIL
Sandusky Harbor Marina, right down the road from battery park marina, Steve Chaffee is in charge of the maintenance, he is very good. I know someone that got fiberglass repair there, they did a wonderful job and matched the gel coat perfectly.howie~"Freewill"
It's a nit Tom, but there is almost no fiberglass work to be done on a rudder. You have a very thin shell over foam. And moisture in that foam is very common. You can fix that yourself unless you suspect corrosion damage to the rudder stock and/or the welded on plate. That would be unusual for a freshwater boat.
