I will be in the San Diego/Carlsbad are Feb. 20th - 25th and looking for a ride or rental for an afternoon sail. Need a 27' or up. I currently have a Hunter 28.5 and 30+ yrs experance. Any information or contacts will be welcomed. John

I'd check out the ASA sailing schoopls in the area, almost all of which rent boats. I'd avoid the ones based at big hotels. The link is to one I found that has Hunters. Or, you could just try hanging out on the dock at any of the several yacht clubs and look sad, someone might take pity on you. The folks at Silvergate were most courteous to us. a few years ago.
