Help. Texas has absolutly no salvage laws, and I'm getting nowhere with Parks and Wildlfe. This little o'day has sat at the Yacht Service Yard where I work for 20 years, back behind the paint shop. it has no transom number, no state registration, and the original owner never paid for the paint job a then skipped town. My boss said if I could fix it I could have it. The inside is completely rotted out, and she has termites in the companion way. The hull is fine. I would really love to make it a progect but I can't get even a homebuilt title from Texas. I'm looking for a title to a oday that is completely destroyed so my little boat can commit identity theft. Or any good ideas. Thanks
