Where is the pump? We are going hunting after you tell us that :^))).
I think, unless you have the pump wired to the windlass, you really need a dedicated, 20 amp breaker. Even then, you should have the pump with it's own breaker (or at least fuse) because if something happens to the pump or it's wiring, you don't want 100 Amps of power to be arcing around up there.
You have a take-off for the "raw water" or did you come-off of the head intake's supply? (You must winterize this pump, you should know where that intake is ;^)))) - don't admit if you don't know were it is.)

I couldn't find anything on the washdown pump (but I downloaded the 2005 manual, then next one on their website was a 2008 manual -- YOU SHOULD CHECK THAT OUT, maybe you got the first factory installed washdown?)
P.S. - I am amazed that Hunter has this detailed a manual. It's really amazing how much information is there.
