They have given me EXCELLENT service
on sail repairs on several occasions. I have been to their place in person. They know what they are doing and will explain your options. Ask for Brian or Richard and tell them that Lance the amateur with the O'Day 23 gave them a thumbs up! The Doyle sails offered by SBO seem to be an excellent value and I would not hesitate to buy from SBO. I usually consider Atlantic Sail Traders first because my fine relationship with them predates discovering this great site. P.S Mike, I will be by their shop in the next 10 days. without hesitation. A few months ago I aquired a new mainsail for my 1978 Catalina 22. I got the blue water cruising version. I'm no sailing expert, but the sail is very well made, heavy stitching, reinforcement,etc. Arrived within 5 days of the promised date. I called once to see when it would be shipped, and the guy remembered the order and told me without hesitation when it would ship. And I got a cool t-shirt! HA!

sells both new and used sails. I have never purchased a new sail from them so I don't know anything about their quality or service. I did buy a used genoa from them years ago for an Alberg Sea Sprite. It was rated very accurately and priced quite right. Although I could have returned the sail to them if I did not like it for any reason, it was a good sail and one that I used for years on that boat. I would use them again if the need arose.
