Bacons

I've good luck with used sails from Bacons in Annapolis. See link. You can search their database by boat type, but you will have more luck plugging in min/max dimensions and searching that way. I also think that Bacons tends to underrate their sails, that is, the ones I've bought their were better than the descriptions. And like most sail brokers, you can return them in two weeks if not used and not satisfied.

I'll second Bacons and add that should you ever need to have a sail repaired, they farm the job out to an excellent sailmaker on Kent Island who will do what she can to salvage a sail and then charge what I consider to be an extremely reasonable price. Bob South Wind, P31-2 #35 Annapolis

How much do you want to spend?

I have a 5 year old Main and a 6 year old 150% but I don't want to give them away. We won a lot of races with these sails and the replacements have yet to dazzle me.

Ed, I'm looking for an asymmetrical sail for my P-30. Do you have any such beasts you are interested in selling? Pat pdkearney2002@yahoo.com
