" My apologies Joe, I did not mean to question that, most likely the technology was invented by US-companies and probably runs Mr. Ellis ORACLE software for IT anyway; my disappointment stems from the low level of coverage here, whereas one can find every important regatta covered in Europe, not to speak about Australia and/or New Zealand where sailing dwarfs everything else.
