I'd like a little more info on Perry too. I'm at Smithville and the lake is ok, but it's starting to get a little boring. I've been out there for the last 5 years and I've been in every cove, nook, and cranny that lake has to offer. I'm on a mooring and their courtesy dinghys suck, the fees are a little overpriced for the amenities, and it's hard to get the marina staff to do anything (when it's not being staffed by teenagers on summer break who are clueless about anything).

Our B310 came out of PYC. I've raced out of that club over the years. Nice place. Just go to the clubs website and call them. They have an on-site FT property manager too.

My boat is at LPYM. We are on E dock which is all sailboats including three 30' hunters. A slip for your boat would be about $2000/yr and that includes fresh water and electricity. If you leave the boat in for the winter, there is a $350 charge for furnishing agitator pumps to keep ice from forming around the hull. If you have a trailer, storage for it is also included in the slip fees. I was out yesterday (had 20-30kt winds all afternoon and had a great ride) and there looks like there are 2 empty slips on E dock that would fit your boat.
There is also a bar/grill which is open week ends thru sailing season.
