I'm looking to pick up sailing again..been a while and am looking for Sailing instruction on a CDrom or DVD. Kind of interactive with quizzes and digital video. I would like to use this to refresh myself for classes I am planning on taking this summer..Any one know of anything? Thanks and Happy Sailing!

There are animations etc. and it's free! http://www.cruising.sailingcourse.com/ I have a video sailing game, Sail 2000,that has video clips of various racing components such as the start, jibing, tacking, spinnaker sets, etc. The game itself is okay, mostly strategy. But I think you'd get more out the Annapolis series of videos. You might check the various marine catalogues or Amazon.com... Besides the Annapolis video series I have the videos ...Sail Trim, Shape of Speed, Spinnaker sailing, etc. all are really good. North Sails has a school that offers a companion CD-ROM to its textbook... No experience with it though.
