Sailing baltimore to Wye island

Hello all, wondering if anyone had any insight about transmitting the Kent island narrows from the North in route to Wye island. I draw 5.3 in a Hunter 31 sailboat. I’ve heard various reports about depths. I would try and hit it at high tide. Or should I not risk it and just go around the island?

In the absence of anyone else responding I have heard that navigating Kent Narrows is very tricky.

I dunno... I heard it is alot better since they dredged and change the channel's route.

Been through the narrows 2 trips since July and have 7 feet or more both times.

Would try to plan for high slack tide and enjoy the ride, it's fun...
