Have 1991 Hunter 35.5 Legend. Indicator light recently came on upon starting engine. What is this for. Our legend does not have a saildrive configuration. Assume on Yanmar panel for another vessel so equipped? Mystery to us. Thank you for your replies.

It is a generic panel that includes a sail drive diaphragm warning. On a boat with sail drive it lights when there is water between the diaphragms. On your boat it could have been used by a previous owner for something else? If I recall, it lights when the wire is shorted to ground. On “General Downloads” on this site, you can see the panel wiring and follow the wire via color code to see what is going on. Good luck.
