Hi I just got a quote from a boat transport company to haul my Cal34 from Milwaukee Wi to Bathurst NB Canada (5000Km round trip) for aprox $4500 US, can anybody tell me if this is a fair deal. It"s the best I could find so far. Chuck

that prices are running $1.50 to $2.00 per mile so it looks like a pretty good price if you're looking at 3,000+ miles.

Chuck, Had my Hunter 30 hauled from Maryland to Halifax two summers ago and it cost $5000Can. and that was the best I could get and was really pleased with the service. Not a headache I'd want to tackle myself. Best of luck. Rick

Chuck: That sounds about right. The trip is about 1500 miles one way @ $3.00 per mile. That is the same price that I found when I had my boat moved from Stockton, MO. to Stockton. CA. 2000 miles @ $3.00 per mile $6k.

Equipe Service brought my 34 from MD to Montreal when I bought her and did not need a cradle as he was set up with a super hydraulic trailer.
