Sailboat Restoration

I live on Long Island NY any recommendations for. Sailboat yard that can restore my 1984 Spindrift Rascal. Needs some fiberglass work. Bottom work. Rebuild centerboard as well as rigging

Fiberglass is fiberglass. Auto body shops all employ fiberglass specialists. Call around and explain what you need. Probably find someone wanting some "off book" work.

You have LI Maritime Museum there in Sayville. Maybe your boat could be a training project?

Once you find out the labor costs, you may want to learn to do fiberglass work yourself. It is not all that difficult and if you screw up it can usually be fixed with some quality time with your sander.
