If that were an aircraft pilot they would be all over him/her but I guess they cut sailors some slack.

Maybe they should point a laser at the boat,,, that seems to get airline pilots attention

Tomorrow the zone roughly extends 35 miles off shore and about 20 miles of shoreline, (not accurate but my quick guess from Lat/Long given by Patrick AFB). That must be close to the edge of the Gulf Stream. I would have waited and watched the show.
