Hunter 23.5 Indian Lake
I live in Ohio and was recently given a price of 200 dollars to add a second set of reef points, I thought I had read here of people having it done for less, , so what is the deal, thanks Mike B

Try Pope Sails in Maine

Hi, I had a 2nd reef point added a few years ago for about $100. Sent the sail to Pope Sails via US postal service and he UPS'd them back. Now is the time to get it done, they will be getting real busy soon. For more info: http://www.popesails.com/ Fair winds... Tom

Sailcare

I believe that Sailcare just north of Pittsburgh will do that. They have about 4 people that repair sails. www.sailcare.com r.w.landau

SailCare

Sailcare is reworking both my sails for my 1994 23.5. They are cleaning and cutting the jib for a roller furling. Total cost is about $600.00. This is the best price I have found. Just a note they have 8 week backlog right now.

Look in the small boat archive.

Mike, I asked this question in Dec. 2000 about adding a second reef in the 3d reef position. I have a Doyle main sail on my Hunter 26. I had it done at a local loft for $103(parts and labor). In the small boat, or h26' archive, will be the responses and where to have it done. good luck, Ray
